The dedication and outstanding service of NTES staff and volunteers is recognised by the presentation of a range of awards and medals.
These include:
- NTES Volunteer Service Medal, to recognise NTES volunteers who have completed in excess of 5 years or more of meritorious service
- Certificate of Appreciation, to recognise NTES volunteers who have completed in excess of 10 years dedicated service
- National Medal for 15 years diligent service
- Emergency Service Medal, for distinguished service
Honours help define, encourage and reinforce national aspirations, ideals and standards by identifying role models. We give honours to recognise, celebrate and say thank you to those who make a difference, those who achieve their best and those who serve others.
