Tennant Creek Police are appealing for public assistance to find a 61 year-old Victorian man who is believed missing.

Senior Sergeant Des Green said Police were alerted to an abandoned black Mercedes registered to Jozef Koconda at a road side stop, 40 kilometres east of the Barkly Homestead on 14 December.

“The Mercedes had a trailer attached to it containing the personal belongings of Mr Kaconda. Both were abandoned last Friday at the roadside stop, his whereabouts since then are unknown.”
