Police are investigating the death of a 39-year-old female, located in bushland in Durack yesterday.

Investigators from the Coronial Investigation Unit and members from the Crime Scene Examination Unit attended the scene after a call was received from a member of the public at around 6:00pm.

At this stage the death is not being treated as suspicious.

Police are in the process of notifying the deceased woman’s next of kin.  No further details are available at this stage.

A file will now be prepared for the Coroner.
