A 27-year-old female has been charged with murder following the death of a 26-year-old woman in Ali Curung early yesterday morning. She has been remanded in custody and will appear at the Tennant Creek Magistrates Court today.

Police have also charged a 32-year-old male in relation to a breach of a domestic violence order concerning the victim, however this male has been cleared of any involvement in the victim’s death. He has been released on bail to appear on the 8th January 2013 in Ali Curung.
