Police

A 16-year-old male will appear in Darwin Youth Justice Court this morning on outstanding warrants in relation to 11 counts of property damage and unlawful entry.

Detective Senior Sergeant Mark Stringer said the youth was arrested on outstanding warrants, arriving at Darwin Airport last night.

He has been charged with:

Damage to property (x2),

Unlawful use of a motor vehicle (x2),

Stealing (x2),

Breach of Bail (x2)

Unlawful entry with intent to commit an offence (x2),

Behaving offensively in a dwelling,

Attempts to commit a crime

Drive motor vehicle unlicensed.

“This charming young man has been convicted for many property offences, including breaking into some innocent person’s house and defecating on the citizens clothing.  We thought it only fitting that Strike Force Trident members attend the airport to welcome him back to Darwin.”
