Northern Territory Police are calling for information after a security guard was injured during an aggravated robbery in Casuarina yesterday evening.

At around 7:30pm, police received a report that 4 female offenders entered a bottle shop at Bradshaw Terrace before allegedly stealing a quantity of alcohol.

The security guard had been ushering out the group of offenders when they allegedly threw a bottle at the security guard, causing a laceration to his back.

He attended the Royal Darwin Hospital for medical treatment.
