Local Counter Disaster Planning Committee Meetings are held at least once a year.
The standard format for a meeting is shown below.

The purpose of the meeting is to assess the current counter disaster arrangements for the community and discuss and coordinate any amendments to the Local Counter Disaster Plan and the community's overall preparedness. Your Local Controller and NTES Area Manager will coordinate and advise of scheduled Local Counter Disaster Planning Committee Meetings.  |
