Police are investigating three unlawful entries which occurred in the Golf Course Estate area of Alice Springs.

Police received a report yesterday from the occupants of a house in Eagle court that the premises were unlawfully entered sometime between 8am and 4.45pm yesterday. Thieves entered the premises after breaking a laundry window. Among the property stolen were a bicycle, jewellery and a mobile phone.

Then sometime between 2.30pm and 3.20pm yesterday thieves smashed a window and unlawfully entered a duplex in McDonnell Court. They made off with an amount of cash from a piggy bank.

Police also received a report that a house in The Fairway had been unlawfully entered and ransacked. Thieves appear to have entered after forcing a door and made off with a laptop, two watches and ten bottles of spirits.

Police are appealing to members of the public to come forward if they saw any suspicious activity in the area. Anyone with information should phone police on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
