As the tropical low develops and weather conditions become more inclement, NT Police would like to remind motorists to drive to suit the road conditions.


Drive your vehicle either at or below the speed limit depending on visibility, water on the road and traffic congestion;
Drive your vehicle at a safe distance to the vehicle in front;
Drive with your lights on;
Do not drink and drive;
Obey the road rules; and
If traffic is controlled by police or other emergency services, slow down and adhere to their directions.
