Northern Territory Police recently investigated an allegation of a breach of the Liquor Act and the NT Police Code of Conduct after receiving a report of a minor disturbance involving an off duty Police Officer. As a result of the investigation the Officer involved has been transferred, issued an infringement notice for the Liquor Act Offence and will be subject to ongoing performance management at a local Command level.
