Police are investigating an incident in which a woman was indecently assaulted in Sadadeen yesterday afternoon.

Senior Sergeant Jody Nobbs said Police received a report from the 60-year-old victim that she had been approached by the alleged offender whilst she was visiting a residence in Laver Court just before 5pm.

“The man at first asked her directions as she was walking back to her car, but then indecently assaulted her as she was getting into the vehicle,” Sen Sgt Nobbs said.

“The offender is described as being a man of Aboriginal appearance with a slim build, aged between 18 and 20, approximately 165 cm tall and wearing a leather-look black jacket and black jeans.”
