Indecent behaviour – Howard Springs

Police

Police are calling on witnesses in relation to an indecent behaviour incident that occurred last week.

It is alleged that on Friday around 4:40 pm a 13-year-old girl was walking home from school along Stow Road when she was approached by a male in a silver vehicle.

He asked the girl for directions, however upon speaking to him, she noticed that he had himself exposed.

She fled the area and returned home where she told her mother, who subsequently phoned police.

The vehicle is described to be a silver 1990's Ford sedan, possibly a Commodore.

It had black seat covers and silver mag wheels.

The male himself was described as Caucasian with fair hair that was cut very short, green eyes and a round face.

At the time of the incident he was wearing a gray collared shirt, gray knee length shorts with black lines or checks.

Police urge anyone who may recognise this man, or who may have witnessed a vehicle fitting this description in the area, to contact them on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
