Northern Territory Fire and Rescue Service have down-graded the Emergency Warning for properties in the vicinity of Power Road, Kareela Drive, Donaldo Court to a watch and act with the fire being contained.

The watch and act for the area north of Girraween Road has been down-graded to Fire advice.

Properties in the vicinity of Watling Road and Cornelius Road are no longer under threat. Residents are urged to monitor their properties and advise NTFRS of any spot fires.

Girraween Road is now open. There is significant amount of smoke in the area and small fires along the side of the road.
