Northern Territory Police are calling for witnesses following an assault of a 31-year-old woman in Katherine earlier this morning. 

At around 8:30am, the woman was in the vicinity of Kurrajong Court, when she was assaulted.

The offender is described as a tall, thin Aboriginal male in his late teens. He was wearing a black cap, long sleeve black top with blue shoulders and black denim shorts.
