Northern Territory Police are seeking public assistance to identify a man following a report of a suspicious person last week.

Around 6:00am on Thursday 13 August, a woman was approached and followed by the man on Cavenagh Street.

The suspect was captured on CCTV and is described as being of Aboriginal appearance, approximately 18-years-old, and was wearing dark clothing.

Subsequent police investigations have been unable to ascertain the identity and location of the man.
