Northern Territory Police have charged a second man in relation to an assault in a carpark in Eaton last month.

At around 3pm on 24 November, two males allegedly assaulted a 43-year-old man after he intervened in an altercation. One man was arrested at the scene.

Detectives from the Domestic and Family Violence Section arrested a 22-year-old yesterday and have since charged him with:

• 1 x Aggravated assault
• 1 x Recklessly endangering serious harm

He was remanded to appear in Darwin Local Court today.
