Northern Territory Police are investigating a structure fire that occurred in Alice Springs last night.

Police and the NT Fire Service (NTFRS) responded to the fire on Nardoo Court, Sadadeen after receiving a report around 7pm.

NTFRS Territory Duty Officer Stephen Hunter said, “on arrival, the second floor was engulfed.

“Firefighters extinguished the flames and spent several hours securing the scene, as there was significant damage to the building. No one was injured in the fire.

“Police and fire investigators are investigating the cause.”
