On International Women's Day, we announced the Patricia Anne Brennan Award recipient, recognising an employee or volunteer for their significant contribution to women within our organisation.

Yesterday, Deputy Commissioner Michael Murphy APM was pleased to announce Sergeant Paula Dooley-McDonnell as the 2023 recipient.

She has devoted over 34 years to policing. Her nomination for this award spoke of her passion for inspiring members across the southern command, her dedication and commitment to maintaining morale and going above and beyond the call of duty.
