Northern Territory Police are investigating a death after receiving reports of an unconscious adult man in a carpark at a shopping precinct on Trower Road, Millner, last night.

Police and paramedics attended; however, the man was declared deceased.

Detectives from the Crime Division have declared the death suspicious.
