Call for information – Property offending – Darwin

Northern Territory Police are calling for information after a stolen vehicle was used in multiple unlawful entries across Darwin overnight.

On 19 March 2023, a dark grey Hyundai Tucson was reported stolen from a residence in Bakewell.

Since then, the vehicle has been involved in multiple property and driving related offences across the Greater Darwin Region.

Overnight, the vehicle was allegedly involved in unlawful entries in Humpty Doo, Berry Springs and Winnellie, as well as a ram raid at a service station in Fannie Bay.

Strike Force Trident, Dog Operations Unit, Forensics and General Duties all deployed.

A 16-year-old male was arrested earlier this morning and remains in custody. The stolen vehicle has since been recovered.
