Northern Territory Police have charged a man and woman in relation to an alleged abduction in Nakara on Friday.

Detectives from the Child Abuse Task Force have charged the 37-year-old man and 56-year-old woman with:

• Abduct child under 16
• Recklessly endanger serious harm

Both were remanded to appear in Darwin Local Court tomorrow.
