Northern Territory Police have charged a man after a hit and run incident in Moulden on Monday night.

The 29-year-old man was charged by detectives from the Domestic and Family Violence Unit with:

• Recklessly endanger serious harm – aggravated
• Drive unregistered
• Drive uninsured

He was remanded to appear in Darwin Local Court today.

The 45-year-old female victim, who was known to the offender, remains in hospital in a serious condition.

Investigations are ongoing.
